2013-14 Athletic Physicals June 4 at Bellevue Hospital Posted On: Friday, May 10, 2013

Free Athletic Physicals will be given to all boys & girls entering the 8th through 12th grades for the 2013-14 school year on JUNE 4. This year the physicals will be given at the BELLEVUE HOSPITAL, and all boys and girls will have them on the same night.

All athletes and parents are asked to follow this time schedule for free physicals on JUNE 4 at the Bellevue Hospital.

Senior boys & girls 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Junior boys & girls 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.

Sophomore boys & girls 6:15 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Freshmen boys & girls 7:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.

8th grade boys & girls 7:45 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

All physical packet forms must be filled, signed, and completed in order to receive a free physical on this night.

We thank our area physicians, nurses, and therapists from the Bellevue Hospital for thier volunteer efforts on this night!!
